This explains what data is used when you browse Destino and when you book, and who uses it.
When you only browse
You don't need an account. Destino sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own, and your language is kept in the page address, not in a cookie.
The map loads from OpenFreeMap, which receives your IP address like any site you visit. Some businesses use their own measurement and advertising tools (for example Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or the Meta pixel) on their Destino page; those tools may use cookies under their own policies.
When you book
The details you enter when booking (name, email, phone, dates and party) go to the business you book with. The business keeps them in its Eleva system and uses them to confirm and look after your booking, send your confirmation and, after your stay, a survey.
Bookings are not paid online on Destino today, so we do not ask for or store card details.
Who they are shared with
Only the business you book with and the providers that make the service work (site hosting, and messages by email or WhatsApp). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the details of a booking, contact the business; it manages them. Your survey comment is only published if you agree.
